Our product and service range includes, but is not limited to: photo album scanning, old photo restoration, material radiography of artworks, fine art photo printing, and archival digitization.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship products related to old photo digitization and restoration within Japan and, where feasible, internationally. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of your order, particularly for custom or made-to-order items such as material radiography of artworks. Canyon Iris is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage within 7 business days.
6. Returns and Refunds
Standard items from our catalogue may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they remain unused and in their original wrapping. Custom-made or bespoke items (for example, specially commissioned archival digitization) are generally non-refundable unless defective.
